About the job
We are looking for an experienced padel coach to join our growing academy in Dubai. You will deliver private and group lessons to adults and juniors, from beginners through to advanced players.
The role includes approximately 30 coaching hours per week, alongside academy events, social tournaments and player development programmes. You will work closely with our Head Coach and wider coaching team.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of coaching experience, strong communication skills and a recognised padel coaching qualification.

The club will also provide return flights to Dubai, 30 days of paid annual leave and temporary accommodation for your first month.
